Reservations are paid in full by credit card at time of reservation. 218-GO RELAX

Check-in starts at 2pm and ends at 8pm. (Late check-ins welcome with notice)

Check-out is at noon. Late check out requires notice and additional fee of $10.

Quite hours are from 11pm till 8am.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel with 8 or more days from arrival date you will receive 95% of your reservation back. Weather has no bearing on our refund policy. (credit card fees and reservation fees are non-refundable)

Pets are welcomed (with small fee) at Bergamo but MUST be on a leash at all times and must be cleaned up after…EVERY TIME!

ALL vehicles must be registered with passes displayed on front dash whenever you are on Bergamo property. Unregistered vehicles are subject to towing at owner’s expense.

Speed limit is 25mph from Tom Jefferson to our playground, 10mph everywhere else. ATVs of any kind may only be driven by licensed and insured drivers from their site directly to Tom Jefferson Dr to access trailheads, they cannot be ridden anywhere else within the campground property and trails. This is non-negotiable to help protect little lives, please slow down.

No trimming, peeling or cutting down our trees, shrubs, or landscaping. No outside firewood allowed due to state law aimed at stopping the spread of disease. Firewood is available for sale by management, ask upon check-in or just flag us down!

No fireworks of any kind on our property, we love our neighbors AND their cattle.

Weapons may be carried while on the campground trails for personal protection only and must be secured or
stowed all other times.

Only common household trash goes in our dumpsters (what you would throw out in your kitchen trash can). Not ash, fish guts, batteries, bikes, mattresses, TV’s… you get it!

Participation in anything illegal on our property by any member of your party is strictly prohibited and may be grounds for immediate removal with no refund. This also includes marijuana use since we are private property and expressly prohibit it whether it is legal or not.
